Who Is the Main Character in Gachiakuta?
The main protagonist of Gachiakuta is Rudo.
Rudo begins the story living in the Sphere's slums, where he survives in a society that discriminates against the people known as tribesfolk. After being falsely accused of a crime, he is thrown into the Pit and eventually encounters Enjin and the Cleaners.
That event becomes the foundation of his journey.
Rudo's relationship with discarded objects is especially significant because Gachiakuta builds much of its world around the idea that objects treated with care can acquire deeper meaning and power.
His aggressive visual design, gloves and rebellious personality have also made him one of the most recognizable characters in the franchise.
Rudo: The Protagonist of Gachiakuta
Rudo is driven by anger, injustice and a powerful attachment to objects that other people consider worthless.
He grew up collecting discarded items in the Sphere and was raised by Regto after losing his parents.
His life changes completely when he is falsely accused and thrown into the Pit.
Rather than simply accepting his fate, Rudo begins uncovering the realities of the world beneath the Sphere while developing his abilities as a Giver.
Why Is Rudo Important?
Rudo embodies one of Gachiakuta's central ideas:
something discarded does not automatically become worthless.
That theme applies both to objects and to people.
The society above treats certain communities as disposable, while Rudo repeatedly finds value in things others reject.
This makes his character deeply connected to the visual and thematic identity of the series.
Rudo Merchandise
Rudo-inspired designs work particularly well across streetwear because his aesthetic naturally fits oversized shirts, hoodies, manga-panel graphics and darker color palettes.
Fans looking for character-focused items can explore Rudo designs across the site's apparel and collectible collections.
Who Is Enjin in Gachiakuta?
Enjin is one of the most important early characters Rudo meets after entering the world below.
He is a Giver and a member of the Cleaners' Team Akuta. His Vital Instrument is an umbrella, and he is the character who recognizes Rudo's potential and recruits him into the Cleaners.
Enjin's relaxed personality contrasts strongly with the dangerous environment surrounding the characters.
However, underneath that casual attitude is an experienced fighter and important mentor figure.
Enjin and the Cleaners
The Cleaners fight the dangerous creatures born from accumulated trash.
Enjin's role is particularly important because he acts as Rudo's introduction to this organization and to the world of Givers.
His combat style and distinctive umbrella help give him one of the most recognizable silhouettes in Gachiakuta.
The umbrella is not simply an accessory.
It functions as his Vital Instrument, connecting Enjin directly to one of the fundamental power systems of the series.
Why Fans Like Enjin
Enjin combines several qualities that make him particularly memorable:
confidence, experience, humor, unconventional style and considerable combat ability.
His design also translates naturally into apparel, cosplay and collectible merchandise.
Who Is Zanka Nijiku?
Zanka is another member of the Cleaners' Team Akuta and becomes Rudo's trainer.
The official anime character profile identifies him as a highly skilled Giver whose Vital Instrument is a stick. He is particularly accomplished at handling Vital Instruments and is tasked by Enjin with helping train Rudo.
His personality creates an interesting contrast with Rudo.
Where Rudo often operates through instinct and emotion, Zanka's abilities reflect discipline and technical mastery.
Zanka's Role in Gachiakuta
Zanka demonstrates that raw power is not the only thing that matters in Gachiakuta.
Technique, knowledge and control are equally important.
That makes his relationship with Rudo especially useful for developing the protagonist's understanding of what it means to be a Giver.
Zanka also brings his own distinctive fashion and character design into Team Akuta, making him another popular choice for apparel and collectibles.
Who Is Riyo in Gachiakuta?
Riyo is a Giver and member of Team Akuta whose Vital Instrument is a pair of scissors known as the Ripper.
According to the anime's official character profile, she uses the weapon with her feet and combines a cheerful personality outside combat with a much more pragmatic attitude during battle.
That contrast is a major part of her appeal.
She can appear playful and relaxed one moment before becoming highly focused in combat.
Why Riyo Stands Out
Riyo has one of the most visually distinctive fighting styles among the main Cleaners.
Her weapon, movement and personality create an immediately recognizable character identity.
She is also sometimes referred to by fans and merchandise listings as Riyo Reaper, reflecting her association with the Ripper.
For collectors, her distinctive appearance works particularly well across character figures, acrylic stands, apparel and cosplay.
Who Are the Cleaners in Gachiakuta?
The Cleaners are an organization dedicated to dealing with the dangerous creatures created from trash.
Rudo becomes connected to the group after Enjin recognizes his abilities.
Team Akuta includes four particularly important characters:
Rudo
Enjin
Zanka
Riyo
The wider organization includes several additional teams, supporters and members, including characters such as Tamsy, Delmon, Bro, Dear, Guita, Gris, Follo, Tomme, Corvus, Semiu, August and Eishia.
This expanding cast is one reason Gachiakuta works particularly well for character-focused collectors.
Fans are not limited to one protagonist or a small group of designs.
What Is a Giver in Gachiakuta?
Givers are individuals capable of using special objects known as Vital Instruments.
These objects are deeply connected to Gachiakuta's broader themes about attachment, value and the relationship people develop with possessions.
A normal-looking object can therefore become much more important within the series.
This helps explain why characters are often strongly associated with a particular item.
Enjin has his umbrella.
Zanka uses his stick.
Riyo fights using scissors.
Other Givers throughout the story possess their own distinctive Vital Instruments.
This system gives Gachiakuta battles a very different visual identity from series based primarily on conventional swords, firearms or elemental powers.
What Are Vital Instruments in Gachiakuta?
Vital Instruments are one of the defining elements of Gachiakuta's power system.
Instead of treating objects as disposable tools, Gachiakuta connects power with the value and meaning placed into things.
That idea perfectly matches the larger world of the series.
Trash, discarded objects and society's rejected people are constantly placed at the center of the story.
As a result, understanding Vital Instruments helps explain not only the battles but also one of Gachiakuta's most important themes.
Who Is Jabber Wonger?
Jabber is a Giver who belongs to the Raiders.
Unlike Rudo, Enjin, Zanka and Riyo, he is not a member of the Cleaners.
His Vital Instrument consists of rings known as Mankira, which are associated with a powerful neurotoxin, and his character is defined by an intense interest in fighting powerful Givers.
Jabber's aggressive personality and unusual combat style make him one of the most recognizable antagonistic characters in the series.
His design is particularly well suited to darker merchandise and collectible displays.
Who Are the Raiders?
The Raiders operate separately from the Cleaners and include several important characters.
The official anime character roster lists:
Zodyl
Jabber
Cthoni
Noerde
Fu
Bundus
Zodyl acts as their leader and is particularly interested in Rudo and the possibility of reaching the Sphere.
Their presence expands Gachiakuta beyond simple battles between humans and Trash Beasts by introducing conflicts between different groups of Givers.
Who Is Cthoni in Gachiakuta?
Cthoni is a member of the Raiders and one of the characters whose distinctive visual appearance has made her particularly interesting for cosplay.
Rather than treating cosplay as simply another costume category, character-specific outfits allow fans to recreate the clothing, colors and details that define individual Gachiakuta characters.
The growing variety of characters gives cosplayers several different aesthetics to work with, from Rudo's rough streetwear-inspired appearance to Enjin's distinctive look and the more unusual designs of the Raiders.
Who Is Amo?
Amo is a mysterious girl living alone in a tower located in the desert area known as Penta.
Her Vital Instrument is connected to her shoes, and the official anime profile highlights an important visual connection between the logo on her shoes and the logo found on Rudo's gloves.
That connection immediately makes her significant to the larger mystery surrounding Rudo.
Amo's distinctive appearance has also made her increasingly recognizable among fans following the anime and manga.
Who Is Regto?
Regto is the man who raised Rudo after Rudo lost his parents.
He plays an essential role in Rudo's early life and gives him the gloves that become closely associated with his identity.
Even when he is not physically present, his influence remains important to Rudo's motivations and understanding of the world.
